Graduated with honors from the University of Bologna, he attended the fifth "Il Sole 24 ore" master in tax law and later accrued significant experience at some of the main international law firms in Milan.
Mr. Fabrizio Fanti deals with civil, commercial and bankruptcy law. He regularly assists clients in extraordinary transactions, company acquisitions, turnarounds and joint ventures, with national and international counterparties.
Over the years, he has successfully dealt with a significant number of debt restructuring procedures and has gained remarkable experience in bankruptcy proceedings, also as Court appointed receiver (Commissario Giudiziale).
Qualified to assist his clients before the Supreme Court of Cassation, he deals with litigation mainly in civil, corporate and bankruptcy matters.

Graduated in law from the University of Bologna in 1991, discussing a thesis on company law on "The listing on the stock exchange" with Prof. Renzo Costi.
He has gained experience in corporate, civil and bankruptcy matters.
He assists his clients both with consultancy activities in the acquisition or sale of companies or society, restructuring (including debt), and in litigation, being authorized to practice the profession also before higher jurisdictions.
He has held and holds positions as a non-independent director in various joint-stock companies operating in the banking, renewable energy, luxury and agri-food sectors.
Avv.Antonietta Celli
Graduated on November 23, 1994 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna, discussing the thesis in banking law "The decline of the approval clause in cooperative banks: right of entry for aspiring partners”, supervisor Prof. Francesco Vella. After a university research experience in banking law, during which he also published a note to sentence, she began his legal practice full-time, also carrying out the activity of legal advocate and, having passed the qualification exam in 1998, he started practicing as a lawyer.
As part of the Law firm she deals with civil law and, in particular, property and succession law, family law and labor law, with reference to which she has sponsored various cases over the years, mainly on the side of the employer, also in the social security field.
He held the position of Judicial Commissioner.
She is authorized to practice the profession also before the higher courts.

Graduated in law from the University of Bologna, he entered the profession by practicing forensics at one of the leading university-based studios in the city of Bologna.
To date he collaborates on a regular basis with the Celli Fanti Law Firm dealing mainly with commercial and corporate law, as well as with insolvency law, carrying out research and consultancy activities for individuals and companies.
