Celli Fanti e Hager&Partners nella cessione di Combitras a Gruber Invest
Gruber Invest, sole shareholder of Gruber Logistics, today one of the leading players in the logistics and transport sector, with a presence in ten countries, thirty-five operational offices and over one thousand hundred employees, has acquired Combitras, a company consolidated in thirty years of experience as one of the main players in Emilia-Romagna both as regards the shipments of partial loads and in the field of integrated logistics.
For the Gruber group, this is a considerable strengthening in one of the main Italian regions of economic interest, where the company has so far operated without a physical presence in the territory, while from today it will be able to count on two new branches, one in Cesena and one in Bologna, as well as on the collaboration of a new work team led by Massimo Bagnoli, current CEO of Combitras.
A vision of perspective that Martin Gruber, at the helm of the industrial group of the same name, now in its third entrepreneurial generation, has fully shared with Massimo Bagnoli and his team.

Guenther Schacher, by partner Avv. David Covi and senior associates dr. Matteo Ragagni and lawyer Alessandro Magro, supported Gruber Invest both with reference to the legal aspects and with reference to the tax and financial aspects of the transaction.
