Astraco Capital Holding has acquired the Rimini-based companies Trevi S.p.A. (electronics) and Trevidea S.r.l. (home appliances), owner of the Girmi and G3 Ferrari brands. In the acquisition and extraordinary financing transaction, the sellers and shareholders of the two companies were assisted by Moscardo Luca & Associati, with a team led by manager Dr. Luca Moscardo, for management and strategic consulting services, and by the law firm Celli-Fanti, with a team led by attorney Alfonso Celli, for legal matters.
